ElivCloud · a personal project by Elena Shlenskova
Exploring complex systems, people and technology.
ElivCloud is my evolving personal project. It brings together more than 15 years of legal practice, my knowledge of social psychology, conflict and negotiation, a growing technical practice in applied AI and automation, and personal experiments with new tools.
I am interested in how complex problems actually work: where interests and risks lie, how people make decisions, how knowledge becomes a process, and how an idea can be developed into a working system. This site is a space for completed projects, experiments and new directions that gradually form a larger picture.
Areas of work
-
Law and finance
Transactions, corporate and project finance, contractual structures, risk and complex multi-party processes.
-
Conflict and negotiation
Interests and positions, conflict dynamics, negotiation strategies, mediation and the human context behind decisions.
-
Applied AI and automation
AI assistants, knowledge retrieval, information processing, automation and decision support designed to remain transparent and human-controlled.
-
Projects and experiments
From complete working services to smaller explorations of multimodality, third-party APIs and new ways of interacting with technology.
Selected projects
Completed systems in which an idea moves from a domain problem and architecture to an interface, testing and a working deployment.
-
AUREL Intake and Analytics Platform
A platform for service intake and request prioritisation, with secure administration and behavioural analytics.
-
Business Intake and Triage Assistant
A system that turns an unstructured business request into a clear processing route.
-
Mini CRM with Google Reports
A compact CRM connecting an API, desktop interface and automated Google Sheets reporting.
I do not see the human and the technical as opposites.
The interesting work begins where they meet — and where observations can become ideas, experiments and working projects.
