Overview
A platform for service intake and request prioritisation, with secure administration and behavioural analytics.
The project combines a public intake flow, service and request management, secure authentication, explainable prioritisation and analytics. It was taken through to a working production-style environment with automated tests, Docker deployment and HTTPS.
